CB Motorsports Expands To Multi-Car Team In TA2

CB Motorsports is excited to announce its expansion to a multi-car team for the remainder of the 2023 Trans Am Presented by Pirelli season. Chad Bacon, owner and team principle stated "I'm incredibly excited at what we have going on here at CB Motorsports. Despite being in our rookie season, we've proven that we have the pace to run at the front of the pack in an incredibly competitive series. We're doubling down on efforts in the Trans Am Series and are adding cars for the remainder of 2023. We are also committing as a multi-car team for the entirety of the 2024 season. This news comes as Caleb Bacon, driver of the #18 car currently stands in P14 in points in a large field of competitors. Caleb Bacon stated "We're really starting to figure these cars out. Our pace has improved tremendously since NOLA and we are regularly finishing in the top 10. Recently we've had the pace to be in podium contention but keep finding bad luck during the race. If we can shake the bad luck and run clean races, I think you're going to see us in the top 5 very frequently. I'm excited at the news of running multiple cars. It helps me become a better driver having a team mate to work with and will play into our race strategy going forward."

The team heads to Watkins Glen for the next round of the championship, starting on September 7th.
